Many Coaching practices today still operate without any credible qualification. As a yet unregulated industry, this is something everyone who seeks to engage the services of a Coach should be made aware. Check that your Coach has the knowledge and skills to support you right!
Harry’s qualifications include an honours degree (level 5) in Business with HR Management, a post-graduate qualification (level 7) in Personnel Management & Development, and he is currently completing the final stages of a Master’s (level 7) in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Be
wary of Coaches who do not clearly communicate their qualifications as they may only have completed short courses within levels 2-4.
